What the World Needs Now is the third piece in the Classic Signature series. It is a reinterpretation of one of the most beloved musical figurines from the early years of the Precious Moments collection, Peace On Earth. It poignantly shares the same powerful message of unity in the name of love and caring. All of us at Precious Moments are deeply saddened by the massive tornado that hit our neighboring community, Joplin MO, on May 22. Foremost we are thankful that all our employees are safe, yet our hearts go out to those who were not so fortunate.The goal of Precious Moments has always been to share the gift of love in a meaningful and personal way. 100% of net proceeds from the sale of this figurine will be donated to the Joplin Disaster Relief Fund through Red Cross/Greater Ozarks Regional Chapter.
